Good to know
- Duration: approximately five hours.
- Published departure times: 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Participants must be between 5 and 75 years old.
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old and present a valid driving permit or driver’s license.
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Each vehicle seats four participants and must be shared.
- Maximum individual weight: 300 lb, approximately 136 kg.
- Maximum combined weight per vehicle: 900 lb, approximately 408 kg.
- This tour is not available to pregnant participants, guests with back or neck injuries, or anyone who has undergone surgery within the last six months.
- Life jackets are mandatory while snorkeling.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience begins to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. If your cruise ship does not call at Cozumel, your reservation will be canceled and fully refunded. If your ship changes its arrival date, your tour will be rescheduled for the new date at the original time or an alternative time, subject to availability.
If the experience is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund. This policy applies when the experience is canceled because of bad weather.
