Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.
Guest safety is our priority. If weather or sea conditions prevent the experience from operating safely, guests may reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability, or receive the applicable refund when the experience cannot operate. Ocean activities may be suspended for safety even when the pool and other hotel facilities remain available.
Children must remain with a responsible adult. Follow all hotel staff instructions and safety guidelines. Ocean access and snorkeling may be restricted due to waves, weather or safety conditions. Do not touch, feed, chase or remove marine wildlife. Do not touch or stand on coral formations. UV-protective clothing is recommended for ocean activities. The hotel may restrict certain areas due to operations, maintenance, capacity or safety. Food, beverages and Pool Bar access are not included as part of this pass.
